Absence & Withdrawals

Repeated absence without leave applications or unexplained absence for more than 05 consecutive days render the student liable to have his / her name struck off the rolls, Re-admission, if granted will be done on payment of a fresh admission fee.

If a child has been absent from a working school day for pretty or insufficient reason, he or she will be penalized.

Except in case of illness, satisfactorily certified, or with the permission of the principal, previously obtained in writing, no child may be absent from any regular session of the school. National and festival holidays are usually included in the school calendar and no holidays other than those included are permitted. For willful and continued breaking of this, parent may be directed to remove his / her child.

If a child is not present on the first day of any term his or her name maybe struck off the rolls and unless prior information is received in the office. Joining School late, results in general hindrance to the work and discipline of the school.

If parents wish to withdraw their child during the academic year, they must inform the principal in writing, giving three months notice. If this notice is not given, full fees must be paid up to the end of the academic year. On withdrawal, the reports and transfer certificate will be granted, only if due notice has been given and all fees have been paid.
